Masters swim up to three times a week
Our Master sessions aim to promote fitness, friendship and competition for pool swimmers, open water swimmers and
triathletes. They are ideal for someone who wants to get back into swimming after a break, improve their swimming
performance for triathlon or their swimming fitness to compete. Typical sessions will be 3-3.5km per hour. The majority of
the sessions will be front crawl based but some medley work is included.
